A thank you to all of our new holiday lights clients! (These are a just a couple of the many we got a chance to be a part of.) We hope it’s a reminder to you that this season is different as joy and peace fill your homes.
Season’s Greetings,
Are you the type that thinks 50 degrees qualifies for “baby it’s cold outside” or the type that won’t stop "dreaming of a white Christmas?” Regardless, we hope your holidays are going swimmingly … pun intended … and your home is full of sweet memories in this season.
There is a beautiful idea that this season can bring peace and joy - there is an underlying hope that something will be different in this season compared to the rest of the year. Maybe it’s the arrival of Jesus, God’s gift that you celebrate, BUT this is really something worth celebrating everyday of the year. So… what could be different about this season – maybe it’s the intentionality with how we set aside time to be with one another. Examples include how we invite people over, we visit others, we decorate cookies and trees together, watch movies and then spend hours finding gifts for those people close to us. It's the time with people that sets this season apart.
CHRISTMAS DECOR
The great part of decorating for the holidays is that it is a signal that this season IS different. Whether you’ve decorated the outside of your home (see some of your lighted houses below), included a fun addition to your pool (Check out this candy inflatable available here) or your home has the simplest Charlie Brown-esque tree—the transformation of our homes should be a reminder that this is our chance to connect with people. Don’t miss this opportunity to share joy and give peace with others in this season.
